Every member of the Charles Evans team has a
role to play in the successful management of Health & Safety and
there are a number of levels of training required to ensure H&S standards
are maintained.
In the first instance it is a matter of checking that
each member of staff has an adequate level of competence for the job
for which they are employed – are
they skilled enough to do their job in a safe way?
Induction training
has been designed for new members of staff providing information
on our H&S policy, techniques for managing risk and their
responsibilities as individuals. |
