Every activity of Charles Evans Group Ltd is reviewed under an initial General Risk Assessment, from driving vehicles or cutting timber to office duties.

Certain activities are then subject to a Specific Risk Assessment, such as working with chemicals or using power tools. This assessment covers people, machinery and the general environment.

The results of the Risk Assessments and areas for improvement are developed into an Action Plan.
