In order to help us to deliver our H&S policy we have set up a Health and Safety Committee. The committee is made up of representatives from each area of the business. They act as Representative of Employee Safety (ROES) and have received training for this role.

The committee currently meets on a monthly basis to monitor H&S performance, to keep up to date on legislation and to agree any revisions to the H&S Policy. It is also an opportunity to discuss any concerns raised by the areas each member represents and to agree corrective of preventative measures as required.
