Charles Evans had been recommended to the theatre team by another client and following a tender process, they were commissioned to design, manufacture and install the new counter for the Theatre.

The selected design featured a curved reception counter constructed in polished ash, and included three ticket counter points and a desk module for each cashier, together with a disabled access point. In addition frameless glass was used to create dividing screens.

The installation took place during working hours which required that the box office be temporarily re-located. The Charles Evans team worked closely with the other contractors who were responsible for the electrical and data aspects of the installation.
